We operate on a made-to-order basis to ensure the highest quality while reducing waste. Once you place an order, our artisans begin crafting your items, which are then shipped directly to your door.

What materials do you use for your products?

We source only premium full-grain leathers, durable rubber outsoles, and high-quality textiles to ensure that every piece is built to last and ages beautifully over time.

How long does shipping typically take?

Since our items are handcrafted to order, the production timeline usually spans 8 to 12 weeks. We will provide you with regular email updates as your product moves through the crafting process.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. We provide free shipping for exchanges within the contiguous United States.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States. We are actively working on expanding our logistics to reach our international community in the near future.

How should I care for my leather goods?

We recommend using a cedar shoe tree for footwear and applying a high-quality leather conditioner every few months to keep the leather hydrated and prevent cracking.
